[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Issue with reliance network

Hello,

I am afraid writing this email to you after calling with customer care executive around 10 times.

Every time i called customer care i get the response that system is down and i need to call after 2 hrs.

This happen every alternate day, i am facing issue with the network in my number where some times no network for my number. I used sim in different mobile but faced the same issue.

But when i try to get some support from your executive all the time your system is down and they can't check my details. I called customer care 10 times in last 10 days and finally i can't even talk to customer care as in my last call i requested to talk to manager so seems executive has disabled my number for customer support.

This is very bad experience with rcom after using this sim for last 8 years.

I expect some support after writing this email, if not i have no option left to terminate my services with rcom as i am not able to get the basic services from you.
