Hi Team,
I have faced the below issue while upgrading to Reliance GSM(4G). Please have a look on urgent basis.
1) I have moved to Reliance store on 31st August for up gradation to Reliance 4G (Near Guru Harkrishan Nagar, Paschim Vihar). They told me it will be upgraded in 4 Hours. However it got upgraded on 6th Sept after a week when I have gone recharge of 1 GB. Moreover Store was not picking my call and I have face a lot issue due to it. Attached are the call details of the store for the reference.
2) After Up gradation, I am not able to recharge 2G or 3G plan, as I am not finding the speed up to the mark. neither I can switch back to Reliance 3G.
3) I am afraid to tell consumer have been cheated because no matter which speed I am getting but I have to pay for 4G only.
4) No consent or agreement has been signed if consumer has been agreed on it, as they can't do 2G/3G recharge after that.
5) I have done 2 times recharge of Rs 39.00(200 MB) but I am not getting the 4G balance details Nor store is able to help me out.
6) I am not able to connect on 198 nor *333 to customer care.
I would request you to please help me out on the above issue as I have got cheated and unfair practice from Reliance and no corporation received from Reliance Store. it could be easily seen in screenshot.
