Hi,
I last month I has some connection issues with Reliance Communication Broadband connection so I raised a request on same on which I got a response that the problem will get resolved within 24 hours. I waited for 48 hours but there was no positive output. So, I again raised a complaint on which I was guaranteed that the issue will be resolved in next 24 hours else I may apply for termination. Next day again there was no positive response to I called to customer care again and when I was asked for the subscriber Id, I entered it but the response that I got was that the subscriber ID is invalid on which we assumed that the connection has actually been terminated. But, today I received a mail regarding monthly bill. Then again I called customer care entered subscriber ID and it was again giving it as an invalid ID. Then again I tried with my registered mobile number this time it worked.
Now, the question is if my connection was not terminated then why the subscriber ID is invalid and if my complaint was not given any consideration, why should I pay the bill?
