[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Issues with the 3g Sim requested for 4g migration | |||
I have raised a complaint with the reliance customer care guys on 16th on discussion of 4 hrs. They are me to get the sim and get it activated. I brought the sim and registered it. The registration process was not done for 3 days and asked for a call back from team manager jolina sananders as i have a discussion before with her regarding the 4g sim migration. Later to contact her i tried in all the possible ways. I ave a chat with all the customer care guys on almost wasting my time of 10 hours. Still today i dint receive any call back and no resolution for the complaint raised and none of the guys are responsible. This is the worst customer care services i ever had. And each of the customer care guys say different information. I have every conversation saved with the calls as well. I want to file a complaint against this. Was this information helpful? | |||
