I am an existing Jio Fiber customer, on April 11th 2024 I booked Jio Air Fiber by paying INR 1, 000/- but, soon realized that data in air fiber was limited so I made a call back to customer support on the very next day i.e. April 12, 2024 to cancel the air fiber booking & also was confirmed that it has been cancelled by the customer support executive & also was told that it would take 15 days for the refund to get credited to my account for which I agreed.
It's been a month now & I have talked to 13 customer support executives(USELESS) who have given me same response & also there were these 7 uneducated field executives who don't even have the common sense to give proper information to customer who called me for the past 10 days just to instruct me to call customer support.
This is one of the horrible experiences I have been through, I have been waiting for 35 days for my INR 1, 000 to get refunded, how desperate are you for money Reliance ? You are worst than homeless people in the streets. Was this information helpful? |
