Reliance Communications — Jio barcode

I generated a barcode 3 days back.when i went to take a jio sim it saying that code is already redeemed.and now i didnt get a new barcode.This code is generated by imei number.When i am going 2 days countinuosly to shop they r saying audit is going on or smtnh like that.It seems like service of reliance is very bad.They are using others imei numbers to generate barcode.This is very dangerous issue related to security.Plz kindly sort this out
