I purchased a reliance jiofi on 4th September. Got a message from Jio stating that my documents have received. Now when I try to activate the sim through customer care I get an automated message that a customer care advisor will contact soon and I should be online and then the endless wait starts.
Please help. I paid ₹2000 for a connection and now I don't have even information as to what I should do. My Jio number is [protected]
