Reliance Communications — kindly change my wireless landline

I am from agra i have a wll prepaid phone but now the phone is too old and not working properly so i tried to change my wll old phone with new one keeping a same number but i was replied that now the wll facility is not any more in up so no wll phones are not available in uttar pradesh The main problem is a number if i could get it in sim or another wll phone would be available cause i cant keep my number switched off i tried to call customer care but unable to talk to representative
