[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Knowledge stores for subscription

2. Myself Mr. Rajesh Kumar existing customer of Reliance GSM(Mob No-[protected]) would like to said that a package of Knowledge stores had unfortunately card activated with the said mobile number for which Rs.5/- is being charged in every ten(10) days and for that night from the day of activation I am trying repeatedly to contact with customer executive but every time from unable to contact over toll free No.*333, *222*198,[protected] etc.
3. Resulting which i am still facing financial loss of balance about from mental torture .This is due to complete failure of the reliance communication system to shutout the grievance of the individual .
4. Hence my request is to take necessary action to discontinue the existing knowledge store as well as also do recouped my balance which has been detected previously .
