[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Landline no deposit not refunded | |||
I have already complained before. Got some calls from various persons. My landline no[protected]before it was[protected] was surrendered with instrument and charger and all equipments, in my nearest Reliance outlet (Tripunithura- Kerala) two years back. I was told that i will get the refund amount of Rs 1000, by cheque, it will come by post or courier. after so long no news of this cheque. I would like to remind you that if a customer did not pay bill within the time, you are all so keen to cut off the connection and to reactivate, we have to pay penalty also. Is that right, as we have value for our money. For Rs 1000, you are taking sooooo much time. I complained, sent mails, (replies received, will get the amount by so and so day, but all in vain.
