[Resolved] Reliance Communications — landline phone dead from past one month | |||
I have made complaint with[protected] dtd 28/06/2017, and escalation desk complain no.[protected], dtd 08/07/2017. I have called several times to the customer care and escalation desk but by waiting of 25min to connect call, then also i could not get any result, still my phone is dead. This is my business phone and i am facing huge losses. My phone is dead from 26/06/2017 but due to rush (Approx 25mins waiting every time) i have complaint on 28/06/2017.
