[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Landline phone not working

Dear Sir/ Madam
My Reliance Landline telephone number is[protected].
My Phone is dead from last 7 days, For this issue I called customer care, many more time, but my
issue is not solve, all customer care executive are giving same reply like please wait please wait our technician will be come and solve your problem as soon as possible.
I also giving you my complain request id number..[protected] ) and[protected]).
First complain is automatic close from company side without any information to me.
Still nobody has come at my doorstep, and no any call from company side.
I also called on appeal center ([protected]), but they also reply same as above, please wait, our concern team will call you.
I request to you please contact to company and tell them to resolve my issue.
