My landline number [protected] is not working past two months but bills are keeping on coming from Reliance comm, an ADA co. On enquiring I came to know that the company server is down and the telephone services are no longer available. I have sent emails to Reliance Customer care and Relaince Appellate Authority as formal request of surrendering this number [protected] ASAP but no responses received so far. I had also requested to please arrange to refund my extra payment made to Reliance Communications in this regard. There are no responses but bills are coming on a monthly basis with payment reminders. What to do? Was this information helpful? | |||||
