[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Landline [wibridge] has taken for maintenance but not returned | |||
My existing landline was supporting only CDMA and hence Reliance channel manager came to home and replaced it with a new device. I paid Rs 2000/- again for the new device. He said old device cost will be refunded as 100Rs less in coming 12 months bill. Tariff will remain the same.But within 1 week new device was not working and technician came and took the device back. Now its almost 1 month i have not received the device and got a high amount bill for last month. Without my knowledge they changed the plan . I have not paid the bill yet because of this tariff change and the next bill also am not going to pay since am not using it. I still coordinate with the Trivandrum-Kollam channel manager Thanzeer but he is not responding properly. Was this information helpful? | |||
