They give complete false commitments and does not solve your billing related issues also. They will add the previous month of extra charges along with the current bill saying that we have not received the payment, even though the payment is done on time. They are such a useless and rude that their managers don't even speak with you properly and that too don't even resolve a 2 month old complaint.
