[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Less data than promised on 3G recharge and 198 number is useless for complaints
I just recharged my reliance mobile ( [protected] ) for Rs 95/- for 1GB of 3G data for 7 days. I only received about 700 MB instead. Trying numerous times to register a complaint on the 198 has been to no avail. What does reliance expect its customers to do when things don't work as promised ? Just suck it up ? This is ridiculous behavior for a company of their size/stature. Was this information helpful?

Well, I don't have an alternate number at the moment. I will be reachable on the above mentioned number though. [protected]. That should be enough to resolve the issue. Waiting for a call from your side.
