Reliance Communications Limited — About failure of internet broadband connection

Respected sir/mam, I am using broadband internet connection of reliance which is out of service for last 5 day . I have already complaint so many times to the customer care but still no essential steps has been taken from their sides. Even though the local customer care is not picking up the call nor solving the issues.
