[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Balance deduction from my mobile | |||
My reliance gsm New delhi mobile no. is [protected] I recharged my phone on 4-june-2014 with 50 Rs. since that time I had not been checked my balance till 11-june. on 11 june I found my balance is 0 Rs. and I din not make even a single call, same day I called customer care at [protected] and told them about the incident, But they were saying that we have only last three days a/c infomation and in last three days you did not charge any thing, so I asked them what if balance deducted before three days, they said you have to claim your deduction within three days else your money will not be refunded. now Ashoka.com please suggest me how can I get back my money.
