I had taken new connection on Dec-2015 but from January to till now in each month at-least 5-6 days my Internet gone shutdown and i had complaint so many time for proper solution for dis-connectivity of Internet but all of them not taking my problem seriously. Each every department fooling me for different different Reasons. Lastly i hand complain to higher authority they give me 24 hrs to solve this issue, My complain No.[protected] still not a single solution they have done. I also mail but not a single reply from them. And now I'm frustrate for complaining to them. I hope u take an action regarding my problem & issues. My User ID:[protected].
