[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Cancelling the cdma services without intimation

I have recharged my reliance netconnect+ modem for rs 3000 (46gb and 6 months validity). After a month from recharging the just cancelled the cdma services without any intimation. I just don't get signal anymore in my modem. I still got around 40gb data balance in my modem. I have asked the customer care they just told i must have to migrate to 4g. Eventhough if i migrate to 4g they told my data balance in my cdma won't be transferred to 4g. Finally i lost my data balance and its a waste of 3000rs.
One of the worst network i've ever seen.

without any reason my balace deucted twicely
pl help...same issue happened about my post paid card so i replace post paid to prepaid but theire are bad experience about belling. pl refund my deduct money.

My name is Sukanta Chatterjee having a Reliance GSM connection number :[protected].without any intimation they activated associated services and deduct my balance.I called 198 number but there is no options for complains.How did they deduct my balance?Kindly take some action otherwise I Lodge a complain in TRAI also.
