[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Charged for unsuccessful recharge | |||
Hi, This is Irshad Sheikh, My Reliance GSM (Smart) number in [protected]. I recharge my number with Rs 199 on 13/12/2013 at around 9:05 pm for which i got a message from 52811 that my number is recharged with Rs 157.21. But the amount was not credited to my main balance, till now i have complained twice visiting reliance web world personally but no action has been taken from their end yet.
