Reliance Communications Limited — Cheating and misinformation about 4g products

With much fun fare reliance informed customer that they will give 4 g service at same rate and plan. I had 3 g 40 gb unlimited plan at 999.00
After migrating within 8 days it stopped working. Becuase the 4 g plan is chargeable after compelition of 3 gb data.
My bill came to 2250.00 i have been told it will be waived.
If plan is to give only 3gb why telling customer that it is for 10 gb.
My post paid plan will have only 3gb data and chargeable after that.
