[Resolved]  Reliance Communications Limited — CRBT Activation without Knowledge: Reliance CDMA

Dear Sir/Madam, I have Reliance CDMA prepaid connection. From my account 30 Rs was deducted for VAS CRBT. I didn't activate VAS CRBT(Caller Ring Back Tunes) neither was there any intimation. It has activated automatically and the amount was deducted . My Reliance number is [protected]. Please look this matter and deactivate the CRBT for my number ASAP, and reimburse the activation charges. Hope u will pay attention and will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
