Reliance Communications Limited — Deduction of Balance in a month of 5000rs

HI, The company keeps deducting my balance whenever I recharge my card, In last week they have deducted 300 rs on average and in a whole almost 5000 rs . When I call the customer care, only reply i get is system is down, this is because to avoid the problem . Reliance Communications Sucks completely, they are the biggest scamsters.
