Reliance Communications Limited — Discontinuation of r2r plan after taking 4444 | |||
I have availed r2r 500 min free per month after paying 4444/- for my reliance cdma no [protected] which was supposed to be valid till 2022 but all of a sudden the company have stopped giving 500 r2r free minutes and breached the terms of service and inspite of repeated reminders to their customer care and even appellate authority of reliance no responses other than standard answer that it is as per company policy and within its rights. This is nothing but whilte collar cheating and fraud with lakhs of consumers like myself Already rcom in the name o[censored]pgarding to 4g have made our cdma handset redundant and we have lost our price paid fro handset Was this information helpful? | |||
