[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Insufficient balance when there is balance of 31.8095 rupees | |||
Hi, I am using reliance for quite a long time. But from last couple of days I am facing a weird problem. Whenever i try calling someone its saying insufficient balance, whereas there is balance of 31 rupees in main bal and some offer bal also. I am very disappointed after experiancing this kind of sub standard service from reliance. I think relaince should take some good steps to solve this problem otherwise the only choice for customers like me will be to switch to some other service provider.
