[Resolved]  Reliance Communications Limited — Internet is not working but for cancellation they are asking customer to pay rs.800+

Issue 1:
I purchased pro3 wifi dongle an year ago. Since last month 10th (Jul'16) my internet is not functioning properly, in all 3 modes (Pro3, hybrid & 1x) there was no signal to connect the internet & use. However when i call customer care they said it is due to 4g upgrade and they promised that issues will be resolved in a day however till date i am not able to use my internet.

No case number provided claimed it is know issue. So requested them to take cancellation request however call centre person didn't transfer the call to respective team rather she said one of person from cancellation team will be calling me in another 24 hrs

No call from them and 72 hrs gone. I called them again i fight with them & finally i was managed to raise cancellation request.

Now comes real pathetic issue.
If i cancel the internet then they told it will be de-activated in next 7 days time and i need to make rs 800+ for cancellation.

Out of 40gb limit i used only 2 to 3 gb between 5th jul to 10 jul (With multiple network break) and after then 10th internet didn't work contineously for an hour (Till 16h jul) and after 16th no singal.

I explaned those details and they are also agreeing but for cancellation they are claiming i need to pay rs800+

Issue 2:
Because of 4gb upgrade i got call from reliance they said cdma will not work after 1 month so i need to buy new gsm sim and new dongle for rs1600, discounter price. :- (:- (

Don't know why i have to buy one more device for their network upgrade?

Please help me. I'm ready to pay the actual amount based on my usage but why i should to pay if internet is not available because of their issue. Note: if internet service is available and if i didn't use then it is my issue so should't paid it. But because of their issue if they asking me to pay then it is forgery.
