Reliance Communications Limited — Legal action for non payment of bill

Hi, I was using reliance connection 2 years before and took it on a 6 months plan by paying the total advance amount and discontinued the same due of poor network and service with proper cancellation request. And today I got a call from a person who states himself to be a Lawyer (details below) and saying that legal action is being taken for non- payment of Rs.1700 which is actually not pending from my side.
