[Resolved]  Reliance Communications Limited — Mental harassment and Service not provide and Bill charge

Reliance is doing continuous Mental harassment to me. My big Mistake I take Reliance internet connection. I already pay bill and my connection already closed but still I am getting call or Notice to me for pay bill. I am highly frustrated from Reliance Internet and service. I have all bill pay email and connection termination email . due to reliance server problem he cut my connection self . Please find attachment email .

I registered complain more than 10 times. But I didn`t get any service. My internet is not worked from 25 Apr 2016. My first complain was register on 26 Apr. 2016 but I didn`t get any service every time, I got one response, some problem in server card, After multiple complain registered when i didn`t get any service after that I registered complain for disconnect my connection service multiple time again same I didn`t get any call from reliance for confirmation . and last I write Email to 24 June 2016.I already pay May Bill. email is attached Reliance already take bill month for next month advance 812 and you take installation charge Rs. 799 after 4-5 month

I am so much confuse from your response. I am not able to understand you what do you want to say?

you have many department like bill department, customer care, bill waiver, termination and so on ... you all are not in sync.

Actually I want to understand the where is my mistake ?

I was registered lot of complain for fixed service of internet may be more than 10 but I didn't get any service and solution.
I was start registered complain from 26 APR 2016 to 3 May daily and 2 complain per day. but get same response server problem and will fixed in 24 hrs.
and after that I was start after 3 May daily registered complain for termination. approx 5-6 time. but I didn't get any response and call back.

And last when you generate bill for June. than I have clearly mention in email to you and i have written I have already Taken new connection and i do not want continues with you. I think you need to read my email again.

Can you please send to me you policy bond where is written connection termination take 3-4 month?
Can you send you policy bound where is written Reliance will not give you internet service but will charge connection?
Can you send to me you policy bound where is written Reliance server fault customer will repair server and give you bill as well?
Can you please send me my log complain data and recording to me?
Can you please any email or call recording where you confirm to me you internet service is working now ?
Can you please send to that recording and data where i told you please I want contentious with my service?
Can you please send to me server data where I consume single byte of Internet I have consume after registered my complain.

As per my understand if Reliance is not provide service to continue more 2 days then It will not be chargeable
why you are not able to provide bill waiver ?

How did you calculate I have pending bill send to me in details.

why didnt you terminate my connection that time when i clearly mention i do not want contentious with you and i already taken new connection?

I already pay one month bill advance how can you say you have pending bill?
where is my bill waiver ? when you was not providing service more then one month ?

can you provide me my complain data and recording where you take confirmation from me your internet working?

Hi,

I am highly highly frustrated with your response. I am not getting meaning of these your response email, you are doing same reply to of my all query every day. you are using same email template .I have written lot of question but i am not getting answer of any one.

Just I want to answer in simple and clean word of my all question. I want to know, how did you calculate my side pending amount Rs. 1190. you are not giving my pending amount and sending to me notice for your due amount of my side . I want to know and learn you math calculation.

you didn't send any bill to me after Rs.804 (11 May- 11 Jun ) bill. I already pay till May bill and one month advance and you are also writing email, bill waiver will not provide you . your service was not available from server side. because server card was not working . it should be default bill waiver. you are not give to me bill waiver because delay in termination. delay from you side not mine. I raised and explicitly said again and again for termination of each and every call. your agent Jumna Prashad (Mob. [protected]) told me "Reliance will not provide to service you should take connection from other vendor. because server card is not working and in your area only 3 connection so reliance will not provide card only for 3 connection". these are your agent word same word I already share this discussion with on conference call with Rohit ( from customer care agent from bill department ) please listen that audio again if you forget.

That time i already close the all conversion with your customer care then why you are send to me Notice for pending amount. Its really torture to customer again and again. Tell me how to convince of your all department. because you all are not in sync.

So I want all data of my register complain and recording.

I want some valuable response that would be meaningful.

They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .
