I am satnam singh from j&k. I had 2 postpaid numbers of reliance communication. 1) [protected] which i have been using and paying the bill on regular basis and 2) [protected] which i got closed down in the month of january'17. I was using [protected] for data services but i stopped using last year itself and due to nonpayment of bill it was non-operational so, for full and final settlement i asked people from reliance communication to send a representative to collect the bill and shut down the number. A representative from reliance communication distribution end came and collected around rs 1800+ from my office but even after paying all the dues they sent a bill of rs 570 for the service closed down from my end and i was not even aware that they have still not closed the number.
They kept on calling and i narrated the same story same story to all there representatives and asked them to resolve the issue and they said they will get the issue resolved but this kept on happening repetitively. Now they have messaged me that they have forwarded me a message that they have forwarded my case to the legal forum this too after being a loyal customer of them for so many years. Even though their services are poor due to the network issues.
Sir, paying bill is not an issue as i have been regularly paying bills for all numbers but i am unable to do so on moral grounds because i believe this is a mental torture on the customer and kind of blackmailing on the part of the company. I feel very humiliated and mentally tortured by the actions taken by the company.
