Reliance Communications Limited — non activation of postpaid connection | |||
Dear sir, This is om from Delhi, my no is [protected] which is a prepaid connection from reliance. In june 2014 i received a call regarding its transfer to postpaid and my woes started since then I gave my no for postpaid activation since then i have been calling their nos as it was migrated to postpaid but the number was not activated. I have been even calling them to change it back to prepaid for which they are unable to respons anything. I am a businessman and migrating my no without activation caused a huge reputation loss to me, i have lost my important business contacts and important deals due to non activation of my mo. I have been pleading to these guys to even activate the previous prepaid services but neither they are giving any response nor they are giving any reason or any method to sort out. Two of the nos i have been incessantly calling are [protected] and [protected]. Please do something about it.
