[Resolved]  Reliance Communications Limited — non refund of security deposit

SirOn 17 April 2014 I bought a reliance CDMA postpaid sim with no.[protected] from reliance office located at sakhla mall Nashik for my father. by paying rs 300 as deposit & surprisingly the sales executive over there took 200 rs as cost of sim card without any receipt . i had clearly mentioned that I am taking postpaid connection because my father was going to Jammu Kashmir & will be converting the connection to prepaid when he return back after a month. Which they agreed for. But when I went to the main office of reliance mobile on 12/05/14 located opp rajeev Gandhi bhavan saharanpur road Nashik . to convert my sim to prepaid they said that your deposit will not be adjusted against your current bill . and will not be refunded . This is unjust and unlawfull i have mailed on 16/05/14 to reliance to immediately disconnect this no & keep 300 rs deposit as bill for month of april & may if the amount exceeds rs 300 i am ready to pay the remainig amount if any i will also mention that i will not be responsible to pay any bill for the said number from 1st of june . as i am not using the said no you can communicate me on mobile no [protected] Dr. Rahul gadakh.
