Reliance Communications Limited — Poor customer service | |||
I pavankumar mehta having reliance Mobil number [protected], I have requested for Mobil number portability service from reliance CDMA to reliance gsm. I have filed my application for portability on 23 dec and was expected to be port to gsm service on 30 dec but didn't get so. On contacting customer care I was asked to resubmit my document to retailer second time and customer care officials gave me 10 January for portability. I am fed up by repeatedly contacting the customer care and their lacklustre reply. I want to remain part of reliance communication but this kind of response and poor customer service will forced me to move towards other company. I am deeply regretted by the reliance officials which gave greater emphasis on customer support system Was this information helpful? | |||
