Bought reliance datacard ([protected])in july-2013, with three months advance bill payment. datacard stopped working after 2 months. Customer care exe asked me to approach service center. They carged me extra 700 rupees for replcement. Again after 2 months data card stopped working..so I didnt pay any bill for that month. Because they asked me to approach service center and in sevice center they were again asking for 700 rupee for data card replcement...Since every 2 months I couldnt pay for datacard, I called customer care and asked for datacard replacement.For that they denied and after 6 months they came back saying I have pending bill of 1550 rupees(which I have not used at all). Even though I have not used for whole month, I was ready to pay one month bill of 625 rupees..But they didnt respond to my e mail and now sent some notice to appear in lok adalat..what to do??
