dear sir,
my net connect number is [protected]. yesterday (26.11.13) I am recharge for 350 rupees by
debit card . long time ( more than 5 min ) system is hangup. no reply / bill payment receipt / phone
message were came.
So I repeat the process for 350 rupees recharge by net banking method. result is ok. payment
receipt is arrived.
After recharge I am opening my system, 1.8+1.8 = 3.6 GB . balance data arrived.
I really shocked. because 700 rupees recharge was done.
Not announce the system, already paid for 350 or due date of recharge.
Your plan says 255, 350 & 444 .
that is every additional 100 rupees was chang the plan .
I am adding 350 rupees.
what about your system protect the again paying the customer.

I ASK ONE THING, IF YOU RETURN THE SECOND RECHARGE MONEY OR
EXTENDED THE PERIOD OF ONE MONTH.
IF BOTH ARE NOT POSSIBLE
I WILL GO FOR LEGAL COMPLIANT
