[Resolved]  Reliance Communications Limited — Recharge of rps 26 done but didn't get any benefits.

Dear Sir, From the below link, I is written that for 26 rps recharge all incoming calls will be free and outgoing calls will be 1p/sec. http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/prepaid/PlansandPacks.html So I paid 26rps for this skim but I did't get this benefits as customer care told me that this skim is not available. So why they display this content online? I told to customer care that, If this skim is not available then do refund my money but they refused to do so.
