[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Reg: payment bill initiation and improper service in regards to giving information. | |||
i have used reliance dongle net for a while and had requested the service in my city to deactivate it . by then the payment left was 660/- .Am ready to pay that amount. But even after i requested to cancel the services on my net it is not cancelled and i have taken another service net so i was not using reliance anymore after that date but late payment charges are added every month after june. the Service person whom i have contacted to cancel the services has resigned his job. Now the service people are saying that they are not responsible. and when i called up customer care of reliance they said cancellation of services will be made only on call with customer care only with no person in direct. and i have contacted customer care regarding the same issue on july 31st by mails and he had replied me asking more info and delayed and finally left me a final mail on 28th august saying i have to 1820/- Please help me regarding this.
