Respected sir, I am using reliance pro3 datacard, no.[protected]. I have recharged amt 699 on aug 2nd, my plan is successfully activated, but my datacard is not connected still now. Even i didn't use single kb itself. Before recharge i ask the reliance customer care for clarification, that person no problem make recharge and use it, then only i recharge Then i will said raise the complaint about connectivity problem to cc, cc didn't give proper reply and didn't raise any compliant also, And then i will goto reliance communication head office chennai at nungambakkam, in that head office no one give the response to my questions, and reception lady give improper response, she didn't care about the customer problem, To reliance communication, please give a immediate response, refund my 699 amount, or connect my data, Was this information helpful? | |||||
