Hello, I am an internet user of Reliance Wired Broad with good plan of 2mbps from Rajkot, Guajrat area. I am facing internet disconnection problem since a long time (like TWICE in a week and for 1/2 hour) I am getting message like "Your DSN server is not responding". I have tried contacting CC (Local and Headquarter both) but every time I call they have some stories like "We are upgrading our system" or "Repairing is going on" Bla Bla. Oh come on guys, you are repairing your system for a month? and I am not paying you to get this disconnection problem.
Let me tell you. This is not only with me. My other friends who are using this plan have exact same complains. Reliance, We know you are busy having other important stuff to do but you must take care of small things like this or else you only loose your customers/fans.
I am sick of this and willing to get some good response at least from here. Or else I am thinking to quit reliance.
