hi, I recharged my reliance 3g gsm sim by 448 (2gb) and 123 (1 gb) packs on [protected] in kolkata region but even after 3g recharge i am experiencing very slow speed (browsing + downloading), around 16 kbps . Kindly resolve my issue. Regards Prashant mob: [protected]

    I am relience blackberry GSM Prepaid user


    I have relience postpaid connection [protected] in jan 2013 it was disconnected because i have relocated from chandigarh to new delhi.

    16 th june 2014 i have visited your office opposite Nirulas Restautrent, sector -18 noida (uttar pradesh) met with -Mr ankush and Mr vikas and most of your sales representative for installation of my no [protected] (delhi based ) in my Blackberry connection.

    They have not responded almost after 5 days they told me your IMEI NO-A000000DD3731D is not tracble.

    i have almost travelled 100 km from gurgaon to noida for this information regularly 5 days and they do not consider the pain of customer.

    Even though they have not shared any mobile, landline or any mail id to know the update.

    finally they have told me yesterday that some amount was pending in your previous connection it was 2256 rs then i have immediately clear it with receipt for your knowledge.

    they confirmed that my delhi no [protected] will work from today 26 th june but finally did not work.

    very poor service and uneducated emplyoee how relience will serve the customer.

    I am very much disturbed and request you to take some stern action of those guys how response such manner to customer.

    Please provide me the action when it happen and who will take.

    relience as a company stops employee to share your office landline no to solve the problem.

    i am also dropping mail to my company to disconnect all relience corporate connection.

        I had taken a Reliance mobile connection 8 days before of plan Rs-899 from a Reliance agent (Name: Sarat, No: [protected]). Just after one day suddenly my out-going calls stopped at night. On calling to customer care, they told by 6 hour it will active. After 24 hour again I called and get the same answer. Then i visited to Reliance store present at kormangala 80ft road, they are telling this connection is not from our store, so we can’t help. Again i visited to one Reliance store present in forum mall and get the same answer. And the horrible thing is the agent is not picking my call, from whom i had taken the connection. Finally I decided to stop this connection as they are charging the rental of Rs40 (including tax) per day. When I am calling to customer care on this, they are telling it can't be deactivated, as this number is barred. So neither they are neither activating my out-going call nor deactivating the service. I already taken 1 day of leave from office to visit the customer care office and spend Rs-500 in my car for petrol and giving rs-40 per day as rental to Reliance. So kindly consider this situation and provide me any solution.

          Dear Sir Reliance telecommunications ltd has automatically activated 1 gb 3g for 1 month and deducted rs 156 from my balance. This was done automatically by them and i had neither called or sms for such activation. Further the complaint department is not ready to deactivate it and refund me the balance, they are putting the False blame on me and pretending to act innocent. Please take necessary action against these ROGUES who every next week deduct money for some or other False reason and cheats customers with their Hard Earned Money. phone number-[protected](in this only data pack gt activated) Name-Siddhant agarwal Activation date of data pack- 24june 2014 Please look into this issue and get it resolved at the earliest, I am a student and for me this amount is huge and burns a hole in my pocket.

            I tried9 to Reliance customer care using 198, line connected and put on hold via automatic voice message. Waited for about 30 minutes and the line got disconnected. I have tried 3 times continuously and hte same thing happend. After a great frustration, sent a portablity request. The very next day i got a call, at that time the person from Reliance said that this 198 Customer care issue is there for more than a month and will be resolved in a week. But still the problem not resolved, and now the line got disconnected in less that 10 seconds. We are receiving lot and lot o[censored]nwanted marketing messages and calls from reliance, atleast they can inform this problem. Still no info about the customer care problem, we have no option to contact customer care. If this continious, no one will use Reliance.

              My name is Ajay, I have reliance post paid connection no is [protected]. Due misscumminication from sales person I have to paid 1900 bill. So I put request for termination of no. Few days later reliance Retention representative has call and inform me and get conformation on re wise of data charges . I agree to continue with reliance but suddenly they terminate my no, after constant fallow up they saying that after retantion request i have revisit outlet and cancelled my request of termination .What rubbish service if i am agree to retain automatically termination request should be closed .

                HI, I am Vishal Rathi and i have a reliance broadband connection. since may 2014 i have been facing connectivity issues and my net stops working for a week or so everytime. I lodge a complaint with reliance and they say they would send a technician and I never had anybody come to my place to check the connection.Recently, on 3rd june 2014 my internet stopped working. I tried to make a call to the toll free reliance no[protected] and nobody responds most of the time. once in a while i get lucky and they receive the phone. I have made 4 complaints till now and all they said is we have connectivity issues and will send a techinician to your place. they technician never came. Then they closed the complaint on their behalf stating that the complaint has been resolved. however, my net didnt work. so everytime i had to make a new complaint. Finally i got tired and wanted to disconnect the connection. So i went to the office and Mr. Nadeem(Ph- [protected]) told me that he will look into the matter personally and get the connection running.the same day i got my plan changed to the 2Mbps one, which according to him would start working in 72hrs.. he also told me that the connection would start working by the next day and he would send the technician. now there was again no technician at my place. when i tried contacting the technician he had swtitched off his cell phone. i kept calling mr. nadeem and he didnt respond either. No call backs from his end too. Then Mr. ateet received the phone on Mr. nadeem's cell. he gave me his no and assured that the net would start working.the net didnt work. Now that the net works after the technician changed the connection setup, i do not get the required speed for the plan of 2Mbps. i get only 70kbps download speed, which is worse than my old plan. the old plan had less speed and i had to pay less, still the downloading speed was better. so i make a complaint again and Mr. nadeem says that i should stop complaining about the same thing again and again. I talk to customer care rep jayati pathak from mumbai and she says that this is the speed that you ll get. then i had to raise my voice. thats when she said that its due to network congestion. if the problem is not resolved by tomorrow pls call us again.. i mean i have made close to 100 calls to these people and my net connection is still bad. The reliance people do not respond properly and have not rectified my problem yet. I would request you to take action against them as it is torturous for me now.i have a patient in hospital and i have to go through all this mental torture by reliance. Today (25th june 2014) i had a talk with mr. nadeem again. he is not ready to listen and says i am not sitting here to listen to you. i talk to cx care representative. i have been talking to them for hours everyday. Also when i told him i ll make a complaint against him, he says go complaint to anyone you want. my details are as follows: connection in the name of- Mrs. lata rathi customer id[protected] reliance broadband connection at nagpur. regards Vishal rathi ph-[protected] [protected]

                  Respected Sir, This is with regards the mail written to you organization on the 2nd June, 2014 for failing to refund the amount due to subscriber ID[protected]This is highly unprofessional on your organizations end not to provide any kind of reply towards the query I had raised in my earlier mail I'm re-writing the mail I sent previously and request you to take some action, else I will be compelled to write a complain against your organization in the Consumer Forum The following was sent to you on the 2nd June, 2014 Respected Sir, I was previously subscribed with your broadband Internet services and the following are my details of the same Subscriber ID :[protected] Subscriber Name : SAMIR SHAH Sir, I had requested for termination of the services and the same had been done from your end. I had received a termination mail from your end stating the following, "We acknowledge receipt of your request for termination of the service. We apologise for not meeting your expectation this time for the services provided by us. As requested, termination process is initiated for the subscriber ID[protected]. Kindly note the rental of your service will be stopped from 14/02/2014. Our representative will be visiting you for the collection of the equipment installed by RCOM at your premises for running the services. Please handover the equipment to him. Kindly also note in the event of non return of this equipment, you will be charged 1500 in the final bill which will be sent to you after collection of this equipment. Any unbilled usage will also be charged in this bill towards full and final settlement. The collection of the equipment may take 7-10 days depending on your availability. You may contact us at[protected]toll free) or write to us at [protected]@relianceada.com for any clarification. "But on 14th of March, 2014 I received a bill from your end stating that total amount due was -Rs.620.65 Upon speaking with the customer care, it was clarified that this amount would be returned back to me from Reliance Communication, but the same hasn't been done so far. I have called up your customer care a number of times and they keep saying that the cheque would be sent to me with 90 days. This period of 90 days has already been breached but there has been no communication from your end. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the same with immediate effect P.S: kindly find attached the bill sent from your end with this mail

It has been one week since then and no one has called back from their team. The settlement has been generated on the 30th of April, 2014 and it takes 45-60 days for the refund. But as you would notice the time period given by your team has already lapsed

                  This organization is completely hopeless when it comes to providing services to the customers. When the bills are due they would call you 2-3 times in a week to check when you're making the payment and if you fail to meet the deadline they would levy penalty. I now ask your organization will you pay up penalty to the customer for failing to refund the money within the stipulated as mentioned by your team

                  I had again received a call from Reliance Broadband on the 10th of July, 2014 at 14:23 hours from[protected], and was told that the refund draft was ready and was assured the same would be delivered to my place within one weeks time. Their aide based out of Kolkata Mr Mantu assured the same

                  But as you can this particular organization has time and again failed to live upto its words, I'm short of words now

                  If the people at RCOM are reading this, you guys should be ASHAMED of yourself

                    Hi Team, <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I deepak saini was using Reliance post paid connection number [protected] from last couple of years, on 23/06/2014 I visited your company store Tanishq communications 4/14, Kiran Path Mansarover Jaipur Rajasthan to convert my number post paid to prepaid. Executive asked me for this to deposit due amount till23/06/2014, which was Rs.569.00 after deducting my security deposit and one photocopy of govt. Id proof with photograph. Deposited amount with docs and they committed that number will converted within same day and company will not charge any bill after deposit the due amount and documents. I received a call from number [protected] on 24/06/2014 at 6:49pm staying that due to systemissues they are unable to update the system and for this Have visit company head office. And my post paid rental is still continue. They told me that they will call me and tell when they are able to update and on that time have to pay the charges which were charged after23/06/2014. I asked them for written communication for this they refused and forced me to pay the bill after 23/06/2014and said for company systems are not working and customer have to pay the amount. They also told me to collect my docs they will not process it. I speak with customer care at 198 with Mr namit and register a complain, when namit call them they told they have new setup they have not full information about product.                         I purchased Moto-g with zero plan.. i made one sort payment of rs 30849. I provided RNS NO. to reliance executive. He told me that my no. On tht particular handset will start and activate on 21 june 2014 though i bought it on 15june2014 i convinced to wait till that .. when called tht person on 21 june. He again give me a date of 23 june2014.. it is still not activated. No body pick my call.. Concern numbers whom i had contacted nw and then. [protected] [protected]. I like to mention tht iam using reliance cdma from last 6 years. [protected] [protected]. [protected] This is my number on which i purchased that scheme..

                            Dear Sir/Mam, we are the reliance distributor of 2012-13 in Khanna city of Punjab on the name of Shri Neelkanth Enterprises. We work properly 1 year bt after 1 year we dropped distribution due to some claim problems and some communication prob with RM (Amandeep Singh- [protected]) and ZSM (Rahul Sood- [protected]) bcoz they both were misguide us. We dropped distribution in March 2013 and till now we have not received our security ammount (60000) and TDS, Claim (65000). Mr Manish Aggarwal in Head Office of reliance at Chandigarh always misguide us regarding our pending claim. So plz help us and give any solution bcoz no here to solve our problem.

                                I have recharge my Reliance GSM phone number [protected](Rajasthan circle) for Rs 175.instead of topup or talktime some random plan got activated .i have got message "dear customer your recharge for BBPRELITE175 is successful.i do not know what this plan and its not showing in talktime also.i got message on[protected] at 01:24:31am.i called customer care also, i have got negative response, even they dont know whats this plan is for? i request reliance communication to please look into the matter as early as possible, its quite frustating being as reliance customer for last 5 years they are giving this unwanted response.please look into this and do needful

                                  I have recharged my mobile on 18 june 2014 by 127 internet recharge & 110 balance recharge, but i have not recd balance 110.                                     I'm Using Reliance Wireless Brand Band connection for 2 Years but for the past 3 months my data speed is very low My Broad Band Plan is 5GB Unlimited Plan 3.1 Mbps I'm Paying Rs. 842 Now I'm getting below 512kbps When I asked to customer care they doesn't give me a proper answer. So I don't want to continue with this service. I want to Cancel My Reliance Broad Band Service.

                                      Sir, to port my MTS no to Relaince cdma I submitted all documents with UPC on 16th June.but till now my no has not been ported.My MTS no is [protected] (WEST BENGAL) which I want to port to reliance. Please help. I cannot understand which service provider's fault it is.
