[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Termination of Data Card | |||||
'You' refer to Reliance Communication. I dont understand why you are elongating the process of termination. I first mailed for termination on 26th July 2016.I got the SRN[protected]. You called me on 31st July 2016 and suggested to terminate the no.of post paid and continue with prepaid and pay Rs 165. When I went to pay the amount understand that you have cunningly resolved the issue as if I am continuing the said no.Again after irritating conversation you gave me a SRN[protected] telling that within seven days it will be terminated. Surprisingly and interestingly you came into the picture for the first time informing me to terminate the no. on 16th of august 2016. During these days I have to pay the amount i.e. you will collect money by cheating a customer.I am not using your data card for sure. I like to know how can a company like you engage in cheating money for Rs50 . The phone call is recorded is for my record. I will not pay single penny if you don't terminate the number by today. I still request you to terminate the number and I will pay the amount as of now. If it is delayed I will not pay single penny.
