Dear Sir, My Reliance Broadband no is[protected] is a prepaid connection and i want to terminate the same due to bad services. I have filed complaint as well as termination request dated 21/11/2013 but there were no proceeding for the same. However, when i talk to local area representative he told me that your outstanding bill of Rs. 2893/- is pending, in fact, it is prepaid connection. they are asking for pay bills whether there were not utilization of services.
