[Resolved]  Reliance Communications Limited — unable to call customer care

from 2-3 months i am unable to call 198 or other customer care number. when i call customer care the call gets connected after that when i select the options to talk to customer care representative after the call get disconnected automatically.

they had called me and then solved my problem by enabling my call to customer care. i had made a call to cross verify that call is going or not but i found that call was going to customer care.
