[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Unable to use internet and also unable to send sms | |||
Dear sir I am unable to send sms from my reliance sim card. I had call *333 and tell them the problem but my complaint is not resolved. I had called them 3 times on different days and each time they said your problem will resolved by 2 pm tomorrow, it is 4 days and problem is as it is. Also i had recharged my number with internet voucher ₹56 but I am unable to use internet. each time I connect to internet, browser says "Bad network connection, unable to open page". Both the problems are from 4 days. please do ask your customer care Department to resolve my problems.
