[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Unfair recharge value deduction/lack of customer support | |||||
To whom it may concern, I did a recharge of a certain value twice for main talktime and another for internet balance but I did not get any data pack or talktime value at all. My money was deducted from my bank. I called up the customer care for reliance from a different phone as they even charge to speak to their own customer!!! The lady who answered did not seem eager to help at all and instead asked me to call back after 2 hours. I demanded to be transferred to a senior and she informed NO senior is available to talk at the moment and I might have to hold for an INDEFINITE amount of time!!! I got a call from Reliance Communications and the rep on the line only had me repeat the same complaint i had already written here and their facebook page. Upon hearing my issue with them, he said he is not able to pull up any data for my number and they will give me a call back when they have 'acquired' the data. I got no phone call nor was my money refunded. Instead i get a sms from them stating that my complaint has been resolved. I am attaching the screenshot below. highly dissatisfied with them. I am afraid of recharging my phone anymore as they will con me again!

It has been more than a week and I still have not received my money from Reliance. Every time I lodge a complaint I get a call from Reliance either to fill up their stupid facebook form or confirm the nature of my complaint, then after a couple of days I get a sms from them stating my issue has been resolved hence case closed.
I am really at a loss here. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
