[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Unnecessary Balance Deduction | |||
I am reliance user and today they have unnecessarily deducted an amount of Rs 94/- saying that you have subscribed for some yoga updates. This is not the first time reliance has been doing this. This is seriously unacceptable. I want my amount to be refunded ASAP. I am fed up with the service of reliance and i am thinking to move out of reliance. They charge unnecessarily. I tried calling several times but i do not know what the customer service people do, i am not able to call the reliance customer no...I am so much dissatisfied with the service. I want this to be urgently resolved and my deducted amount to be reverted. Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear sir,
i have reliance gsm number [protected], they are continuously deducting my balance unnecessarily and i think their customer care line are 24*7 closed because they never pickup the phone.
please help me for the same.
