It was clearly mentioned in the bill that our service period ended on
17/02/2014. Before taking the advance plan for 3 months we had a
conversation with Miss Sarnali[protected] of Kolkata. She mentioned
that it will be converted to prepaid from postpaid after 3 months (18th
of November, 2013 to 17th of February, 2014) and we haven't used the
dongle after 14th of February, 2014. We have to pay Rs. 2200 unnecessarily.
