I am facing serious issue regarding activation of value added services in my mobile no. [protected]. When we called customer care they rfubd some amount but some amount are non refundable as given below . Amount Charged for VAS ShemarooVP Rs:10.00 Current Main Balance : Rs:198.92 No services are activated by me and reliance is not giving refund.
