[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — without information change of plan and charged advance rental | |||
I am writing you the mail as the last resource of resolution. I am almost 10 year old customer with rcom. Without my intimation my plan has been changed and put me on advance rental were i got the bill of 2300/- moreover when i visited to rcom store i have been informed that my international roaming is also activated and for which i have been charged 200/- rupees every month, where as i have never activated this facility of roaming and for last 10 years i have never traveled out of india. I am regularly speaking to the customer care & appellate authority but the executives out their are absolutely unprofessional and unable to solve the query. Without fault of mine my outgoing has been barred and i need to face real big problem. Its an cheating which has been done with me request you to resolve the query and get me the justice.
