[Resolved]  Reliance Communications Limited — Worst ever customer service and connection not provided

Hi, My name if Afeef Abdul rahman. I wanted to avail myself a broadband connection from reliance. based on a flyer, i contacted one of your service persons and they where very prompt in sending one of their associate Ravichandran (phone number [protected]). He said a 12Mpbs connection is my area and collected a cheque for Rs 1800 from me on 16th Dec 2013. Later a person by the name Amar (Phone; [protected]) called to inform me that they dont have 12Mpbs speed in my area and they can give me a 4Mpbs. Since i didn't have a choice i agreed and they promised to get the connection installed by 19th Dec 2013. i have been trying to call Amar for the last 3 days and he refuses to receive my call where as i know he is receiving other calls as sometimes his phone is busy when i call. This is one of the most unprofessional service i have ever received and i tried to reach your customer service number at[protected] and reached a person by the name Siva Maran. he is one of the rudest person i have spoken to. i informed him my situation and he was happy to inform me that he can't help as i dont have a customer number. The person who took the the cheque from me didn't give any reference number.
